{"id":998,"date":"2012-03-09T14:06:31","date_gmt":"2012-03-09T04:06:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bssound.com.au\/?page_id=998"},"modified":"2012-03-09T14:06:31","modified_gmt":"2012-03-09T04:06:31","slug":"pearl-microphone","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bssound.com.au\/?page_id=998","title":{"rendered":"Pearl Microphone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We now have available for hire the <strong>Pearl ELM-C<\/strong> Condenser Microphone.<br \/>\nPearl have been hand making microphones in Sweden for 70 years but have only recently been getting the reputation they deserve (their microphones audio fidelity is right up there with Schoeps, Nuemann, Royer, etc.).<br \/>\nThis particular model, The Pearl ELM-C, is quite unusual in that it has a rectangluar diaphragm; this achieves a number of sonic advantages including low noise floor, flatter response and a unique &#8220;Letterbox&#8221; pick up pattern.
